What are my options?

If you are considering the design of your surgery, have you got a clear view of your options?

Before moving too far ahead with a design project, we can prepare a Feasibility Plan that includes:

• Surgery Requirements: this clarifies your needs in areas such as work, administrative and patient requirements.
• Planning Considerations: for your prospective premises, assessing council requirements, parking, accessibility, occupational health and safety, signage and fire safety, as well special issues that may be identified.
• Costs: approximate costs to help you set aside a budget for building and/or refurbishment.
• Feasibility: summary recommendations on the feasibility of your surgery at the proposed location.

You can engage us to do a Feasibility Plan for you and get your options clear. Our standard fixed fee for a Feasibility Plan for Australian clients is $2,200 (including GST).

Step 2. We will chat about your surgery requirements, and at the end of that discussion you will understand what is involved in a Feasibility Plan. We will formalise my offer to you in writing, including the fixed fee and proposed dates.

There are no costs to you to reach this stage.

Step 3. You accept our offer, and we will proceed with your Feasibility Plan.
