Getting yourself a surgery can be overwhelming – how on earth are you supposed to run a successful business, spend time with your family and friends, go fishing (or whatever), actually treat some patients, do something for your community, save the world AND co-ordinate the design of a fabulous new surgery?
Well, it is difficult. And, as much as we’d like to say ‘No worries, we’ll sort the whole thing out for you’ we can’t either. What we can do, is take the journey together. We can offer our knowledge to ease the process and help you get your dream surgery.

| Feasibility Plan |
To prepare your Feasibility Plan, we discuss and document your surgery requirements.
We look at the important planning considerations that will affect the cost and viability of your surgery. These considerations usually include council requirements, refurbishment costs, building costs, occupational health and safety requirements, accessibility, fire regulations, workflow and overall visual appeal. We prepare high level building and/or refurbishment costings. These are only estimates, designed to help you assess your options at this early stage. We then prepare a Feasililty Plan Report that summarises the considerations and presents what we see as your main options. The Plan includes the following sections:
